Role Description

**THIS WILL BE FIELD JOB** WORKING HOURS - 11 AM TO 8PM**

MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN FIELD SALES OR MARKETING IN SERVICE SECTOR

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Baharampur. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, managing communication with different stakeholders, and driving sales and marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Job details and requirements

  • Experience in field sales or marketing
  • Tie up with schools for lead generation and exam coordination
  • Conducting various exams of Prepmed
  • Skills in Market Research, Competitor Analysis and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication abilities

    • Have to attend initial training at Kolkata Headoffice and also attend Kolkata Headoffice for 3 to 5 days per month

  • Experience in Sales and Marketing in service sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
