Marketing Executive

IT MARKETING (PROCURMENT) JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an IT Marketing Procurement Specialist to join our team and oversee the procurement of electronic equipment from other companies. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT hardware and peripherals to meet the needs of our marketing department and support our business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Identify and evaluate vendors and suppliers of IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals. 2. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best possible deals and achieve cost savings for the company. 3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the marketing department, IT team, and finance department, to understand equipment requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. 4. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of electronic equipment. 5. Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and industry developments to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities. 6. Conduct market research and analysis to assess vendor performance, product quality, and pricing competitiveness. 7. Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, including issuing purchase orders, tracking orders, and resolving any issues or discrepancies. 8. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure compatibility, compliance, and integration of purchased equipment with existing systems and infrastructure. 9. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor communications. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements. 11. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement- related matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor selection. 12. Continuously optimize procurement processes and strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall procurement performance. QUALIFICATIONS Any graduates, BCA, Engineering, Diploma in electronics and communication.
