Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing & PR Campaigns:
Plan, design, and implement creative marketing and public relations campaigns to strengthen the brand's presence in the market. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and impactful execution across digital, print, and in-store platforms.

Manage Brand Promotions and Events:
Oversee promotional activities, product launches, exhibitions, and in-store events aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving brand visibility. Collaborate with visual merchandising and retail teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Conduct Training and Store Visits:
Regularly visit retail stores to assess brand representation, understand market trends, and provide on-ground support to sales teams. Conduct training sessions for store staff to ensure alignment with brand standards and promotional objectives. (All travel-related expenses will be covered by the company.)

Drive Sales Growth Through Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
Utilize customer insights, competitor analysis, and market data to design innovative marketing strategies that support sales objectives and boost overall business performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced qualifications will be an advantage.
Prior experience in the
jewellery

luxury retail
, or
premium lifestyle
segment is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Must be open to frequent travel for store visits, events, and training activities as per business requirements.
