Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our marketing and business intelligence team in a Marketing Executive role. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end execution of brand initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across digital marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, media planning, and packaging operations. This role requires strong multi-stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive operational excellence in all brand-related activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with media planners and buyers to ensure optimal media mix and effective execution.
• Create relevant documentations such as POs and MRNs for all marketing related operations.
• Assist in executing digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.); Liaise with digital agencies for campaign setup and performance tracking.
• Analyze post-campaign reports to identify insights and areas for improvement.
• Manage the end-to-end packaging development process from artwork release to procurement and delivery of final printed materials.
• Liaise with design agencies, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and quality output.
• Act as the operational point of contact across cross-functional teams including procurement, supply chain, sales, QA, and legal.
• Monitor daily prices and analyze competitor trends across geographies for oils and pulses. Develop and maintain performance dashboards for the same.
• Track and maintain sales data from ADM promoter network, quick commerce platforms and customer purchase trends.
• Monitor SKU ratings and performance metrics across platforms to drive product optimization and better visibility.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Fresher/ Experience of 6 months to 2 years in handling digital platforms, data analysis & cross functional stakeholder management.
• Bachelors/MBA degree in Marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel and Powerpoint; knowledge of Power BI/SQL is bonus.
