JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Executive for Accor Plus is responsible for growing the brand equity of ALL Accor+ Explorer and increasing member engagement, activation and retention. This will be achieved by providing marketing and communications expertise and support across departments and channels, creating engaging and market-relevant content and experiences. Fundamental to the success of this role is working hand in hand with Accor Hotels and the Accor stakeholders.

In this role, you should be detail-oriented and an excellent communicator with the ability to influence. Balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The incumbent will collaborate across Accor Plus, Accor and Accor hotels in India, delivering dynamic and strategic content that is targeted to India market and Explorer member preferences through omni-channel communications.
• The incumbent will ensure that all Accor+ Explorer programme communications uphold its value propositions and maintain brand integrity.
• The incumbent will extend support on Explorer marketing and communications for India, including but not limited to emailing, website offers and social media campaigns aligned with the member engagement, retention and CRM strategies.
• The incumbent will represent Accor Plus in a professional, courteous and sincere fashion in order to foster good working relationships with all of our customers, internal and external, in line with Accor Plus values

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)

ALL Accor+ Explorer members' engagement and retention in India

Management of member offer-related content on the Accor Plus website through consistency, number of geo-localised visits and views

Omni-channel communications performance in relation to India content and members, e.g. opening and reactivity rates of emails, reach and engagement rates of social content

PROFILE

Knowledge and Experience

• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing role
• Previous experience in an international organisation would be advantageous
• Strong organisational and copywriting skills
• An understanding of loyalty programme metrics would be an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite for Business, and Adobe Photoshop
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
