Roles and Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products or services in the market.
Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of market development principles and practices.
2-7 years of experience in BFSI industry (preferably).
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
