What you'll do:

The Marketing Designer position is responsible for creating images, carousels, infographics and animated motion graphic videos designed for advertising and marketing including but not limited to social media (both organic and inorganic), print and digital. The designer must be able to work independently, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, meet aggressive deadlines and, most importantly, have strong design skills.

Responsibilities:

• Produce static images, carousels, infographics and motion graphic video assets for use on ad campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials
• Prepare, edit and create image and video assets suitable for marketing
• Effectively translate branding and marketing strategies into exceptional creative concepts and executions
• Provide creative direction support to the marketing team to ensure propagation of the right branding from a design perspective
• Create and execute templates and processes to enable smoother bridging and higher efficiency between marketing and design
• Adhere to brand guidelines and project deadlines
• Remain current on industry trends and leading software/technologies

Qualifications:

• Strong experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, AfterEffects, and Adobe Animate
• Strong experience using Figma and FigJam
• Strong graphic experience and knowledge of layouts, typography, composition, color, and other design fundamentals
• Video editing and motion graphics skills
• The ability to think creatively, translate ideas into a complete campaign from ideation through execution
• Ability to design in a variety of styles
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to communicate the brand through design and to non-designers
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Skills Required:

• Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, AfterEffects, and Premier
• 3d modeling software such as Blender, Maya etc

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience designing for brand and content-focused companies, preferably at an agency or in a high-growth startup.
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interested in working in the Marketing Domain and willing to build a career in Marketing.
