In the role of Marketing Designer, your primary responsibility will involve creating a variety of visual assets such as images, carousels, infographics, and animated motion graphic videos for advertising and marketing purposes across different platforms including social media, print, and digital. The ideal candidate should be adept at working autonomously, managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and possessing exceptional design skills. Your key responsibilities will include producing static images, carousels, infographics, and motion graphic video assets for advertising campaigns, social media, and various marketing materials. You will be expected to translate branding and marketing strategies into innovative creative concepts, provide creative direction to the marketing team, develop templates and processes to enhance collaboration between marketing and design, adhere to brand guidelines, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies. To excel in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Adobe Animate), Figma, and FigJam. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, composition, color theory, video editing, motion graphics, and the ability to think creatively and execute campaigns from ideation to completion. Your ability to collaborate effectively within a team, communicate branding through design, and showcase organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation are essential for success. The qualifications for this position include a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 2 years of design experience in brand and content-focused companies, familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite, and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Marketing.
