Marketing & Costing Manager

Job Description

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote sheet metal products. 2. Good Knowledge of Sheet Metal Process & Making Cost estimation aligned with Customer Target Dates. 3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. 4. Maintain Relationship with Customers. 5. Knowledge of Auto Cad & 3D & Design of Sheet Metal parts so that can submit the process details with quotation. 6. Create Company Image & manage campaigns through various channels (Digital, Print or Various Shows) 7. Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities. 8. Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging. 9. Calculate and analyze costs of sheet metal products, including material, labor, and overheads. 10. Develop and maintain costing systems, including standard costing and variance analysis. 11. Provide cost data and insights to support business decisions, such as pricing and product mix. 12. Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives. 13. Collaborate with production team to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste. 14. Prepare and present cost reports to management. 15. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. 16. Cost Reduction & Automation for Existing Products. Skills Required : - 1. Technical degree or relevant experience with Marketing Skills. 2. Strong understanding of marketing & Cost accounting principles and strategies. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Familiar with digital marketing tools / platforms & accounting systems. 6. Cost accounting degree or relevant experience. 7. Strong technical knowledge (Process & Tooling)
