Job Description

As a Marketing Content & Communications Specialist for our client in the Retail industry, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, building brand presence, and supporting growth-focused marketing initiatives. You will collaborate across teams to develop engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts audiences across various digital channels. Your role will involve shaping how the brand communicates its value, drives awareness, and nurtures customer interest through thoughtful storytelling and data-informed content decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality content across various formats such as blogs, social posts, email campaigns, landing pages, case studies, and digital assets. - Support campaign development and execution in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. - Develop structured messaging frameworks and narratives that clearly communicate product value and differentiation. - Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all communication touchpoints. - Evolve messaging guidelines based on audience insights and industry positioning. - Collaborate closely with design, performance marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with campaign goals and business priorities. - Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and ROI. - Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, improve campaign effectiveness, and optimize content strategy. - Manage content calendars, workflow priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects. - Champion experimentation with new content formats, channels, and creative ideas. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in marketing, content production, communications, or related fields. - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. - Strong understanding of social platforms, digital marketing trends, and content analytics. - Proactive, creative, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing environment. - Experience in furniture, interiors, construction, or design domains is a plus.
