Reporting to the PADI Asia Pacific Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for ideating and creating a range of marketing resources for PADI membership, providing direct marketing support to PADI Members, managing multi-channel regional marketing initiatives, and providing assistance with events, advertising, editorial, and various other initiatives. An essential part of this role will be liaising with our domestic PR agency and supporting key brand partnerships. **What you will be doing:** - Liaising with our dedicated domestic PR agency and supporting key brand partnerships in India. - Providing hands-on, professional support to PADI Members and assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies and tactics for India and the Asia Pacific region. - Collaborating closely with the PADI Global and Regional Marketing teams to support the development of offline and online marketing tools for PADI Members. - Staying up to date with marketing trends to assist PADI Members in various marketing disciplines. - Collaborating with Territory Directors, Regional Managers, and Regional Training Consultants to strategically grow and retain existing members through business education and support. - Developing, writing, and organizing a range of traditional and digital media. - Generating ideas and programs to improve efficiency and support to PADI Members effectively. - Developing and completing appropriate reports to analyze offline and online marketing performance. - Developing a solid understanding of the PADI products and channels for inquiries. - Being willing to lend support at international consumer dive exhibitions, PADI conferences, and other opportunities that may require travel. **To Be Successful in this role, you will need:** - Completed a relevant marketing degree. - Ideally, 3+ years of experience in a marketing and business development role. - Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable speaking in person and in webinars. - Marketing skills that cover multiple disciplines, including email marketing, digital marketing, social media, PR, branding, partnerships, and events. - Experience with business and marketing tools, including WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, Facebook Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEMRush. - Adobe CS experience preferred - Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. - Business acumen and ability to adhere to budgetary requirements. - PADI diver certification preferred. - Willingness and ability to work full-time remotely from India. - Applicants must possess the permanent right to work in India. **What's on offer ** - Competitive salary. - Join the global leader in underwater exploration. - Develop and utilize your broad marketing skillset. - Training and development opportunities to build and maintain capabilities. - Full-time work arrangements. - Great employee benefits.
