Role Title:

Senior Officer / Deputy Manager Marketing

ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Branding Specialist with 5+ years of experience and a background in Mass Media (BMM). The role focuses on managing end-to-end marketing initiatives, including branding, social media, website management, content development, and corporate communications. This position will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving digital engagement, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Brand Management

    – Build, strengthen, and maintain the company’s brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

    – Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and offline) aligned with organizational goals.
  • Social Media Management

    – Develop content calendars, oversee posting, engagement, and analytics across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Content & Creative Development

    – Manage creation of marketing collaterals, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Magazine & Publication Management

    – Oversee design, content, and release of company newsletters, magazines, and internal/external publications.
  • Website Management

    – Ensure timely updates and content accuracy on the company’s website to enhance visibility and user experience.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics

    – Run digital campaigns, track performance, and generate reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Event & Campaign Coordination

    – Support planning and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, and brand activation activities.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis

    – Conduct regular analysis to provide insights for business development and strategic decision-making.
  • Vendor & Agency Management

    – Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners for creative execution and brand promotions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    – Work closely with HR, and Business teams to ensure marketing support for key initiatives.
