Key Responsibilities: - Develop annual marketing plans including campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aligned with the hotel's objectives. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for driving business forward. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are closely aligned with business goals. - Manage the hotel's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising. - Monitor online reviews, manage the hotel's reputation, and respond promptly to customer feedback. - Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to enhance visibility and brand image. - Prepare press releases, media kits, and promotional materials, as well as coordinate media visits, press events, and community engagement initiatives. - Oversee the creation of engaging content such as photography, videography, and written materials, ensuring alignment with the hotel's positioning and target audience. - Integrate sustainable practices and corporate social responsibility initiatives into marketing campaigns. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the hospitality industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, public relations, and brand management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in graphic design tools, content management systems, and social media platforms would be advantageous.
