Job Description

As an Email Analyst at Salesforce, you will be a key member of the Customer Engagement team within the Communications Experience Organization. Your role involves ensuring the successful deployment of email campaigns and assisting with other email-related solutions and account maintenance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Segmentation and creation of audiences using SQL and other system tools - Coding emails with HTML and managing dynamic content within emails - Testing for functional and rendering quality and executing test sends - Managing the client approval process and creating deployment Send Activities - Documenting and coordinating campaign activities for execution efficiency Your impact will be significant as you provide support to customers in deploying their Marketing Cloud email campaigns, execute the process of campaign deployment with a focus on subscriber segmentation and email builds, and prepare customer data assets for handoff. You will also demonstrate master-level skills in various areas such as communication, quality assurance, documentation management, and more. **Qualification Required:** - 2+ years of industry experience - Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AMP script proficiency - Experience with SQL and relational databases - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Client-facing experience in an agency or similar environment - Comfort with adapting to new technology and working both independently and in a team **Preferred Requirements:** - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certified - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certified - Degree or equivalent relevant experience - Experience in digital marketing and/or Marketing Automation Industry By joining Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to unleash your potential and be limitless in all areas of your life.
