Marketing & Client Relations Executive

As a Marketing & Client Relations Executive at The Building Contractor (TBC) under Tribicon Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing client calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions for construction and villa projects in Kochi, Kerala. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound/outbound client calls and messages effectively. - Maintain lead follow-up and enquiry sheets using Excel or CRM tools. - Schedule client meetings and coordinate site visits efficiently. - Support digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance project visibility. - Act as a liaison between clients, architects, and project teams for seamless communication. - Participate in promotional events and client gatherings to represent the company professionally. **Requirements:** - Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English to effectively interact with clients. - Strong coordination and client-handling abilities to ensure customer satisfaction. - Basic computer knowledge in Excel, Gmail, and Sheets for efficient task management. - Prior experience in real estate, construction, or telemarketing would be preferred. - Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
