Summary We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Team Lead with 8-10 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC) and 2 years in a leadership role. Responsibilities Leading and mentoring a team of 15-20 members to enhance their expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Overseeing and optimizing custom processes, features, and capabilities within the platform. Managing the lead evaluation process to ensure efficient qualification and distribution of marketing leads. Collaborating with onshore marketing automation leaders to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions. Requirements 8-10 years of industry experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
