Head Civil Execution (AGM/GM) 20-25 Years Location-Gurgaon Summary: Join a leading infrastructure and energy solutions firm as the Head Civil Execution and lead high-value EPC projects across India. This role involves overseeing project planning, construction management, safety & quality compliance, and driving organizational initiatives for business excellence. Your Future Employer: A pioneering organization in Engineering & Energy Solutions , delivering large-scale EPC projects across the country. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Budgeting Lead civil execution for EPC projects exceeding 1000 Cr across India; manage a team of civil project managers and engineers. Construction Management Ensure timely execution and completion of large-scale EHV Substation Projects (up to 765KV) within budgeted timelines and costs. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Safety & Quality Compliance – Implement strict safety protocols in collaboration with the Safety team; drive quality control standards at project sites. Productivity & Process Improvement – Optimize working capital, drive profitability, and coordinate with marketing teams for efficient project planning. Organizational Initiatives – Implement Business Excellence, IMS, PMO, and Kaizen initiatives across project sites. Team Leadership – Mentor and develop project managers and engineers to build a high-performing execution team. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 20+ years (preferred 25 years) in civil execution for large EPC projects. Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering .
