Marketing Automation and Web Development Specialist

As a Marketing Automation and Web Development Specialist at Constrique Software and Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns using platforms like Splash, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc. Your role will involve creating, designing, and deploying campaigns such as newsletters, drip campaigns, and events to ensure optimal performance and deliverability. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and maintaining user-friendly and mobile-optimized webpages or email templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will also be managing and executing in-person events and webinars, ensuring seamless integration with email marketing and other platforms. To succeed in this role, you should have 4-5 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and a strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website and email template development. Experience with at least one of the following marketing automation platforms like Splash, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar is required. A solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including creation, deployment, and optimization, is essential. You should possess strong analytical skills to generate insights from campaign performance data and excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration. The ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is crucial for this role. This is a full-time position based in Noida Sector 63, H Block, with a salary/package ranging from 5lpa to 8lpa based on your experience and skills.
