Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate (Digital Marketing) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WhatsApp Marketing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and Google Ads, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize WhatsApp marketing campaigns for customer engagement, retention, and lead generation.
• Manage and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive brand awareness, leads, and conversions.
• Create and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to maximize ROI.
• Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and prepare reports on KPIs.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging creative, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Assist in developing and executing digital growth strategies across multiple online platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing strategies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
