Marketing Associate Lead Generation (EdTech)
We are seeking a performance-oriented Marketing Associate to drive the lead generation engine across organic, inorganic, and paid channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing high-volume lead funnels for B2C EdTech businesses, optimizing campaigns for conversions, and collaborating closely with sales and creative teams. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to acquire qualified student leads for various courses and products. • • Own the full-funnel marketing process , from awareness and engagement to conversion. Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads. • • • • • Collaborate with content and design teams to create impactful creatives, landing pages, and ad copies. Develop organic marketing strategies including SEO, blog marketing, community engagement, and influencer partnerships. Drive inorganic growth through affiliate programs, referral campaigns, and lead vendor partnerships. Monitor and report weekly campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPA, and lead-to- enrollment ratio. Use data-driven insights to scale performing campaigns and improve ROI across channels. Key Skills • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns. • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools like Leadsquared, HubSpot, or Zoho. • • • • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization. Excellent copywriting and communication skills for ad and landing page content. Ability to interpret campaign data, derive insights, and optimize for better performance. Creative mindset with a solid understanding of digital consumer behavior in EdTech. Qualifications • • • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 13 years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation, preferably in EdTech. Proven track record of delivering measurable results through paid and organic channels. Success Metrics • Month-over-month growth in qualified leads and enrollments.


• • Reduction in Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improved Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Increase in organic traffic and inbound leads through SEO and content marketing. Consistent improvement in conversion rates across landing pages and campaigns.
