Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and organized individual who can support our marketing activities and handle daily back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Handle social media posts, updates, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with clients for promotions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Support marketing manager in preparing promotional materials.
• Build and maintain customer databases.

Back-Office Responsibilities

• Manage daily office documentation and data entry.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain records, filing, billing, and administrative documents.
• Prepare reports, Excel sheets, invoices, and presentations.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.

Skills Required

• Good communication (Hindi/English).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email).
• Social media knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle work independently.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Basic marketing knowledge is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
