Role Overview We are looking for a smart, energetic, and organized individual who can support our marketing activities and handle daily back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Marketing Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns. Handle social media posts, updates, and customer engagement. Coordinate with clients for promotions, inquiries, and follow-ups. Support marketing manager in preparing promotional materials. Build and maintain customer databases. Back-Office Responsibilities Manage daily office documentation and data entry. Handle emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries. Maintain records, filing, billing, and administrative documents. Prepare reports, Excel sheets, invoices, and presentations. Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations. Skills Required Good communication (Hindi/English). Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email). Social media knowledge is a plus. Ability to multitask and handle work independently. Time management and organizational skills. Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Basic marketing knowledge is an advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
