Location: PUNE, India
Experience: 1–5 years (preferred in water/wastewater industry, but open to strong sales candidates from other industries)

Scaler India Enterprises specializes in advanced water & wastewater solutions, including Ozone Generators, UV Systems, and UV Lamps. We are looking for a passionate Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow our business and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new clients in industrial and municipal water sectors.
  • Promote and sell Ozone Generators, UV Systems, and UV Lamps effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand and present solutions to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive, result-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
