We’re seeking a driven, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, presenting property opportunities, and closing plot sales for company-owned or partnered lands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified clients and prospects.
• Present company-approved plots and projects with clarity, professionalism, and confidence.
• Conduct client meetings ensuring an customer experience.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions in line with company policies and objectives.
• Maintain detailed sales records, client data, and performance reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets consistently through strategic follow-ups.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends, pricing, and competitive developments.
