Job Summary: We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to drive sales growth in our manufacturing industry. You'll handle enquiries, generate quotations, convert leads, and coordinate with production teams.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer enquiries and book them in the system
- Prepare and provide quotations to customers
- Convert enquiries into orders and obtain order confirmation
- Issue order acceptance letters to customers
- Generate work orders and coordinate with production team
- Follow up with production team on order status
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and fill necessary documentation
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales in manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production planning
Skills:- Enquiry handling and conversion
- Quotation and order processing
- Coordination with production teams
- Documentation and record-keeping
- Time management and follow-up
- Customer relationship management
