Marketing Assistant

Responsible for promoting company products through field visits, client meetings, telecalling, and follow-ups, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Onsite / Field Marketing

• Visit clients, distributors, and project sites to promote products.
• Generate inquiries and build relationships with potential customers.
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events for brand visibility.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Coordinate with sales/technical teams for product demonstrations.

Offsite / Telecalling

• Handle telecalling for lead generation and follow-ups.
• Send quotations, proposals, and marketing material to customers.
• Maintain customer database and track inquiries.
• Follow up on payments and pending orders if required.

General Marketing Duties

• Support digital/online marketing campaigns.
• Assist in preparing marketing presentations and brochures.
• Regular reporting of activities to Marketing/Sales Head.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in Marketing/Commerce/Engineering (preferred).
• Freshers can apply; experience in industrial/product marketing is a plus.
• Good communication and convincing skills (English/Hindi/Local language).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp/CRM).
• Willingness to travel for client/site visits.
• Energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
