Responsible for managing the Stores and Pattern Section , ensuring safe custody, accurate records, and timely issue/return of materials and patterns required for production. Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, and record incoming materials, consumables, and tools. Issue raw materials, consumables, and spares to production against requisitions. Maintain stock records (manual/ERP). Monitor stock levels and inform shortages in advance. Assist in dispatch activities such as packing, labeling, and loading. Keep the store clean, safe, and organized. Maintain inventory of all casting patterns (wooden/metal/composite). Issue and record patterns for production/foundry use. Ensure proper return, storage, and care of patterns. Report damages or repair needs of patterns. Organize patterns systematically for easy retrieval. Support pattern audits and verification. Requirements: Education: 12th pass minimum; ITI/Diploma preferred. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / ERP). 1–2 years’ experience in stores, inventory, or foundry operations preferred. Physically fit to handle material and patterns. Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible. Responsible for promoting company products through field visits, client meetings, telecalling, and follow-ups , ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Onsite / Field Marketing Visit clients, distributors, and project sites to promote products. Generate inquiries and build relationships with potential customers. Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events for brand visibility. Collect market feedback and competitor information. Coordinate with sales/technical teams for product demonstrations. Offsite / Telecalling Handle telecalling for lead generation and follow-ups. Send quotations, proposals, and marketing material to customers. Maintain customer database and track inquiries. Follow up on payments and pending orders if required. General Marketing Duties Support digital/online marketing campaigns. Assist in preparing marketing presentations and brochures. Regular reporting of activities to Marketing/Sales Head. Requirements: Education: Graduate in Marketing/Commerce/Engineering (preferred). Freshers can apply; experience in industrial/product marketing is a plus. Good communication and convincing skills (English/Hindi/Local language).
