Job Description

We’re seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Executive to lead targeted campaigns, drive customer engagement, and elevate brand visibility for our wood flooring, wood cladding, and wood decking products. This role blends strategic marketing, B2B/B2C outreach, product positioning, and channel collaboration to grow both brand presence and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities: Core Marketing Duties:

  • Develop and execute intuitive marketing strategies—including digital campaigns, promotional events, and showroom activations—to promote wood flooring products.
  • Conduct thorough market research, analyze consumer and competitor trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Write compelling marketing copy for brochures, website content, social media, press releases, and POS materials.
  • Track campaign performance using metrics and prepare regular reports for review and optimization.
  • Building Materials / Flooring Industry Focus:
  • Engage directly with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and distributors to secure product specifications and approvals, ensuring inclusion in approved make lists.
  • Support dealer and showroom operations by coordinating product displays, organizing activations, and training brand ambassadors or staff on product features and customer value.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts across B2B pipelines—particularly for projects in residential, hospitality, or commercial sectors.

Channel & Trade Marketing:

  • Plan and manage trade marketing initiatives: showroom events, showroom merchandising, seasonal promotions, and incentives designed to boost product visibility and conversion.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, feedback, and competitive benchmarking to fine-tune product positioning and improve ROI on trade marketing.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, finance, and creative teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed smoothly and align with broader organizational goals.
  • Participate in product development feedback loops by conveying insights from customers, field activations, and market research.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in building materials, interiors, or flooring sectors.
  • Proven relationship management skills with architects, designers, contractors, or dealers.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and presentation abilities.

Recruiting

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and familiarity with marketing analytics and digital platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to travel for site visits, trade events, and showroom activations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
