Site Supervisor

• Supervise on-site work of wood cladding, wood decking and wood flooring projects to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Conducted site inspections and resolved on-site challenges efficiently.
• Maintain project documentation and provide progress reports.
• As a site supervisor for a Wood Cladding, Wood Decking, and Wood flooring company, you will coordinate and supervise all aspects of installations at construction sites. You will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Capable of handling multiple sites.
• Visiting sites for the inspections and measurements.
• If required need to travel outstation for the project executions.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand and meet project requirements.
• Flooring Installation: Supervise the application of Wood Cladding, Wood Decking, and Wood flooring according to the company instructions and directions and industry best practices. Monitor installation processes to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that cladding, decking and flooring installations meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and testing throughout the installation process to identify and address any issues or deviations from specifications.
• Team Management and Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to installation teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure efficient workflow and project success. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and material usage. Communicate regularly with the company bosses, providing updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
