As a Marketing Artist at our company based in Navi Mumbai (Belapur), you will play a crucial role in the success of our mobile game by creating visually engaging user acquisition (UA) campaigns and captivating social media content. Your artistic skills, creativity, and understanding of color psychology will be utilized to attract and retain players, enhance user engagement, and effectively promote our game. Your key responsibilities will include designing visually appealing graphics for UA campaigns on various advertising platforms, developing eye-catching social media content such as images, GIFs, and videos, and creating stunning artwork for app store listings and promotional banners. You will also be expected to stay updated on design trends, propose innovative ideas for campaigns, and utilize color psychology to choose color schemes that resonate with our target audience. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with the marketing team to tailor visuals to campaign objectives and ensure consistency with the overall marketing strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate with game developers to maintain consistency of in-game assets with the marketing materials. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. You must have proven experience in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong artistic skills, and knowledge of mobile game marketing trends. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
