Marketing and Sales Specialist

Job Description:

We’re looking for a driven and confident Marketing & Sales Specialist who can turn cold calls into closed deals. If you’re great at building connections, presenting with impact, and closing with confidence — we want to hear from you!

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to communicate, negotiate, and convert in competitive environments, especially in B2B and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads
• Present and pitch services/products to potential clients
• Negotiate deals and close sales with professionalism
• Manage and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies
• Meet or exceed sales targets consistently

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
• 1+ year of experience in sales/marketing (preferred)
• Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
• Experience in international sales (preferred)
• Exposure to B2B sales is a plus
• Strong communication and follow-up ability
• Familiarity with sales tools or CRM software is a bonus
