Marketing and Sales Specialist, Real Estate

You will be responsible for promoting 3D visualization services for real estate and commercial spaces as a Marketing and Sales Specialist. Your duties will include marketing the 3D visualization tool to builders and developers, approaching new real estate projects to present the solution, delivering sales pitches, and managing client follow-ups. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate marketing or B2B sales, fluency in Tamil and English, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, knowledge of real estate industry trends and the local market, as well as a willingness to travel within Coimbatore and Cochin.
