Job Summary:

We are hiring a Marketing and Sales Specialist to promote 3D visualization services for real estate and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

For Real Estate Projects:

• Market our 3D visualization tool to builders and developers.
• Approach new real estate projects and present the solution.
• Deliver sales pitches and manage client follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing or B2B sales.
• Fluent in Tamil and English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and local market.
• Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and Cochin.
