As a Marketing and Sales Specialist for 3D visualization services in the real estate and commercial spaces, your role will involve: - Marketing our 3D visualization tool to builders and developers in the real estate industry - Approaching new real estate projects and presenting our solution effectively - Delivering sales pitches and managing client follow-ups to ensure successful conversions Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing or B2B sales - Fluency in both Tamil and English languages - Possessing excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Knowledge of real estate industry trends and the local market in Coimbatore and Cochin - Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and Cochin to meet clients and prospects The company offers competitive salary with attractive incentives, travel allowance, and the opportunity to work with innovative technology in the real estate sector.
