Job Overview:

Medinetix Imaging and Pathlab is seeking a dynamic, self-driven Marketing and Promotion Executive to lead outreach and brand-building initiatives in West Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing patient footfall, building strong relationships with referring doctors, and executing strategic marketing campaigns to boost awareness and sales of diagnostic and pathology services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Marketing: Regular visits to clinics, hospitals, doctors, and healthcare centers to generate referrals and build partnerships.
• Promotion Activities: Organize and manage health camps, local awareness drives, tie-ups with societies, and clinic-level promotional activities.
• Brand Awareness: Execute on-ground and digital campaigns to enhance visibility of Medinetix Imaging and Pathlab in the local healthcare market.
• Business Development: Identify and engage new opportunities for collaboration with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly referral and revenue targets through focused marketing efforts.
• Reporting: Maintain daily records of visits, conversions, leads, and feedback from doctors and clients.
• Digital Promotion: Coordinate with the in-house or external team for social media content, WhatsApp marketing, and SMS campaigns.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing or pharma sales
• Good local knowledge of West Delhi healthcare market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated
• Basic understanding of diagnostic/imaging services is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
