Marketing and outbound campaign associate

Anantkaal is on a mission to expand our footprint by connecting with organizations and offices across India. We deliver solutions, and we're looking for a results driven professional to spearhead our outbound campaigns, getting us in front of decision makers and securing meetings with new office accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns targeting office spaces and organizations across assigned territories.

Research and identify target companies, decision-makers, and key contacts through data mining, digital tools, and networking.

Create compelling outreach sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.) to engage and nurture leads.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, offers, and campaign timing for maximum impact.

Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings between prospects and the business development team.

Influencer management along with continuously monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and suggest improvements for efficiency and conversion rates.

Requirements

Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or campaign management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to craft personalized pitches and build rapport quickly.

Strong research skills with the ability to identify and prioritize prospects.

Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented with a drive to succeed in a high-activity, results-driven environment.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
