As a Marketing and Event Manager at Bharat Itihaas Sanshodhak Mandal (BISM), a prestigious institution with a rich 115-year history in Maratha history research and modernized facilities, your role involves actively promoting the iconic Rajwade Auditorium and workshop halls located in Pune. Key Responsibilities: - Actively promote the venue using various marketing tools and techniques. - Leverage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and RajwadeHall.org to market the venue. - Promote and manage ticket sales through platforms like BookMyShow, Ticketkhidki, and on-site sales. - Manage all events from start to finish, including seating arrangements, banners, and coordination with the BISM cleaning staff. - Maintain daily reports on events, hall bookings, and update the website with event information. Additional Responsibilities: - Market and manage the four fully equipped classrooms available for rental, ideal for training sessions, press briefings, lectures, and discussions. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Fluency in Marathi and a strong understanding of Pune's Marathi cultural scene. - Minimum of a BA degree or equivalent, with prior marketing experience. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle event coordination efficiently.
