As a Marketing and Event Manager at Bharat Itihaas Sanshodhak Mandal (BISM), you will play a crucial role in promoting the iconic Rajwade Auditorium and workshop halls. BISM, a renowned institution with a 115-year legacy in Maratha history research, has recently modernized its facilities to enhance the experience for various gatherings and events. Key Responsibilities: - Actively promote the venue using various marketing tools and techniques. - Utilize platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and RajwadeHall.org for effective venue marketing. - Manage ticket sales through platforms such as BookMyShow, Ticketkhidki, and on-site sales. - Oversee all aspects of event management, including seating arrangements, banners, and coordination with cleaning staff. - Maintain daily reports on events, hall bookings, and update the website with event information. Additional Responsibilities: - Market and manage the four fully equipped classrooms available for rental, suitable for training sessions, press briefings, lectures, and discussions. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Fluency in Marathi and a strong understanding of Pune's Marathi cultural scene. - Minimum of a BA degree or equivalent, with prior marketing experience. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently coordinate events.
