Marketing and Communications Intern

About the Role

1. Create content (static & videos) and design promotional material for online and offline channels.
2. Create awareness and increase the reach of our company's products/services on various offline and online media channels.
3. Craft and send newsletters, and collate the database.
4. Manage the website's content and keep it up to date.
5. Run marketing campaigns and track ROI.
6. Represent our company in workshops and conferences.
7. Help in cross-functional team activities to support ongoing projects.
8. Sometimes visit special schools to train students and teachers on our books and collect feedback.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's in Mass Communication, English literature, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related field. Freshers can apply. Students pursuing their degrees, kindly refrain from applying. This is a full-time role.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Video editing etc.
3. Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
4. Experience with marketing campaigns on social media is an advantage
5. Willingness to travel within India (Minimal travel)
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Good presentation and training skills
8. Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns gives you an additional advantage
9. Languages known - English and Hindi
