As a Marketing Analytics lead at Virohan, you will play a crucial role in establishing an Analytics Powerhouse for Marketing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Optimizing database structure, pipelining, and developing automated dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making. - Extracting insights by unifying Leads Data to enhance Marketing & Sales efficiency through alignment of stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product. - Managing event tracking and integrations with digital marketing channels to drive performance marketing efficiency. To be the ideal candidate for this role, you should possess: - 2-3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, product marketing, digital marketing, or product management. - Proficiency in SQL & Excel. - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with a rational approach. - Previous experience in tracking & measurement, dashboard creation, and reporting. - Exposure to lead generation & marketing, and familiarity with Python would be advantageous.
