You will be joining Virohan, a Healthcare focused Ed-Tech company dedicated to training youth for jobs in the healthcare sector and establishing India's largest Industry demand-led edtech platform for healthcare professionals. As part of the Marketing & Growth team, your role will be based on four key pillars: - Talent: Enhancing the talent density of the team by seeking solution-oriented problem solvers. - Ownership: Demonstrating high levels of ownership and focus on outcomes. - Communication: Fostering open and honest communication with regular constructive feedback. - Bias for Action: Prioritizing progress over perfection and believing in taking action. Your responsibilities as the Marketing Analytics lead will include: - Establishing an Analytics Powerhouse for Marketing through optimizing database structure, pipelining, and developing automated dashboards and reports. - Unifying Leads Data to enhance Marketing & Sales efficiency by aligning stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product. - Managing event tracking and integrations with digital marketing channels for performance marketing efficiency. To be the ideal candidate, you should possess: - 2-3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, product marketing, digital marketing, or product management. - Proficiency in SQL & Excel. - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and rational approach. - Previous experience in tracking & measurement, dashboard creation, and reporting. - Exposure to lead generation & marketing, and familiarity with Python would be advantageous.
