Marketing Analytics Lead

Role & responsibilities Lead analytics projects for a global Sports & Media client, translating business objectives into data-driven marketing strategies. Guide a team of analysts to develop, validate, and deploy solutions in audience segmentation, campaign optimization, attribution, and performance measurement. Leverage SQL, Python, and statistical tools to analyze large-scale marketing datasets and extract actionable insights. Partner with client stakeholders to understand their business goals, propose analytical approaches, and ensure high-impact delivery. Develop dashboards, reports, and compelling data visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and execution. Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment of marketing analytics with strategic priorities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Master’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field from a reputed institution. 6–8 years of experience in marketing analytics or consulting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role. Proven experience in the Sports, Media, Entertainment, or Retail domains. Strong expertise in SQL, Python, statistical modeling, advanced ML and data visualization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to independently manage client engagements and lead cross-functional teams. Experience working with offshore teams or global stakeholders. Exposure to advanced ML techniques in marketing use cases. Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
