About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst with 45 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign execution. You will play a critical role in planning, analyzing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, social media, email, and events. This role offers a great opportunity to work cross-functionally and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and email platforms.
  • Schedule content for social media to increase follower growth and audience engagement. Having a content creation experience will be a plus point.
  • Apply SEO best practices to boost website traffic and keyword rankings.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Zoho, and HubSpot, and generate regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing and managing logistics for events, webinars, and marketing activations, including coordination with vendors.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely purchases and payments for marketing-related activities.
  • Understand basic HTML, CSS, and email marketing tools to improve the execution of email campaigns.
  • Support the sales team with updated and segmented databases for leads, prospects, and customers.
  • Maintain clean and organized customer and prospect data for targeted marketing.
  • Analyze marketing and campaign data in Excel, extract insights, and create detailed reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 45 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and marketing operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong written communication skills; ability to create clear and compelling content.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and email templates.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills.
