Marketin manager

Responsibilities:

• Leading the development of all marketing plans.
• Ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies.
• Consistently identifying new or expanded revenue opportunities and strategizing the implementation of plans.
• · Manage the marketing team and collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
• · Responsible for Inquiry to Order Conversation & New Customer Development.
• · Responsible for Variation in Sales Target & Sales Lead Generation.
• Identifying ways to grow the marketing department and secure resources.
• · Knowledge and understanding of the Foundry / Metal Casting industries, its products, markets and customers.
• · Creative and analytical leader responsible for overseeing all marketing operations.

Requisite Skills: Strategic Marketing Leadership, Team Leadership & Collaboration, Communication & Presentation, Technical Knowledge of Investment Casting Processes.

Education: BE – Mechanical / MBA – Marketing

Relevant Experience: 8 years

CTC per annum: 5.50 – 7.00 LPA
