Description
As an Ember Insight Studio team member at Torrocks Brand Comm, your primary focus will be on assisting Indian promoters in making well-informed decisions for their businesses. Your role involves uncovering genuine insights into people's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors beyond surface-level observations. By blending primary and secondary market intelligence, cultural listening, and human truths, you will provide actionable insights that help promoters shape enduring brands, products, and experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing and conducting primary research studies such as surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies to reveal fresh consumer insights. You will also be tasked with identifying and establishing relationships with potential research participants, communities, and industry experts. Additionally, you will conduct secondary research, including trend reports, desk research, competitor analysis, and category analysis to extract relevant and actionable findings. In this role, you will develop research tools like discussion guides and questionnaires to facilitate high-quality data collection. It will be your responsibility to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and present your insights in clear reports, decks, or internal presentations for both the Ember team and clients. Your work will assist the strategy team in making insight-led recommendations that influence brand and creative initiatives. You will be expected to maintain and expand a network of respondents, communities, and field contacts for future research studies. It is essential to stay updated on emerging research methodologies, tools, and trends to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of your work. Collaboration with strategists, designers, and creative teams is crucial to ensure that the insights you provide are practical and inspiring for the overall brand strategy. Moreover, you will be required to share relevant consumer trends, shifts, and opportunities with the team and contribute to building an internal knowledge repository of past research, case studies, and frameworks. As a part of the Ember team, you will report to the Strategy Lead or Managing Partner and play a vital role in shaping the research-driven decision-making process within the organization.,
