Working days: Monday – Friday (Sat & Sun Off)

Shift timings: 12pm-9pm

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for research team.
• Prepare and distribute regular project updates and reports to research team.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure research activities are performed according to protocols.
• Identify and resolve any issues or deviations from the project plan.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external team.
• Coordinate the publication of research findings in conferences.
• Develop presentations and reports to communicate research outcomes to stakeholders.
• Organize and manage research dissemination events, such as seminars and workshops

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in research coordination or project management in the life sciences industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of conducting SWOT Analysis/Trend Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., CCRP, CCRC).
• Experience with clinical trials and/or laboratory research.
