Market Data Operations Executive

As part of the dynamic global Market Data Operations Team at Macquarie, you will play a pivotal role in supporting world-class market data services. Your contributions will be valued in a team where everyone's ideas are welcomed and drive outcomes. You will be responsible for managing market data services for Macquarie businesses globally. This includes tasks such as invoice reconciliation, user access management, exchange declarations, and inventory updates. Additionally, you will provide support for ongoing projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver global changes for market data transformation. Your role will involve documenting processes, eliminating manual tasks, and identifying and mitigating risks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage market data services for Macquarie businesses - Handle tasks such as invoice reconciliation, user access management, exchange declarations, and inventory updates - Provide support for ongoing projects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for global changes in market data transformation - Document processes, eliminate manual tasks, and identify/mitigate risks **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3-7 years of market data operational knowledge - Experience with market data inventory systems like Optimise Spend (FITS) and MDM - Familiarity with user and entitlement management tools (e.g., DACS), Bloomberg portals, IRESS, Refinitiv, Reuters, the London Stock Exchange (LSE), ICE, etc. - Proven experience in invoice reconciliation and managing large market data datasets - Understanding of basic accounting concepts and contract management - Strong problem-solving and communication skills,
