Week Off: Sunday and Company Decided Major Pubic Holiday Other PERK: After 6 months, there is 1 paid leave per month, with some rules.   Job Description: Media Tech Temple is hiring dedicated and confident Tele-Callers (Work from Home) to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to customers and collect feedback regarding vehicle services.   Key Responsibilities: ·      Make outbound feedback calls to customers. ·      Record and report customer feedback accurately. ·      Maintain call quality and professionalism during interactions. ·      Ensure daily targets are met. ·      There should be no private communication of any candidate.   Requirements: Hardware and Skills: ·      Must own a laptop or a desktop ·      USB headphones (BPO type) ·       Stable Wi-Fi or broadband internet connection with a speed of 80+ MBPS. ·      Electricity Backup ·      Good communication skills. ·      Basic computer knowledge and comfort with using calling software.   Required Documents: ·      Aadhar Card                                                               ·      PAN Card ·      1 Passport-sized Photo 1 Document of Highest Education
