Marathi Anchor for News Channel

• Present daily news bulletins in a clear, engaging and unbiased manner.
• Anchor live shows, breaking news, and special programs.
• Conduct interviews, panel discussions, and field reporting if required.
• Collaborate with the editorial team for scriptwriting, news selection, and show planning.
• Ensure accuracy, credibility, and neutrality in all content presented.
• Maintain strong on-screen presence and follow newsroom deadlines.
• Record voice-overs and promos whenever required.
• Stay updated on local, national, and international news, especially Maharashtra-related issues.
• Represent TOD Marathi professionally during public events or special coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent command of Marathi language (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong on-camera personality and presentation skills.
• Good pronunciation, voice clarity, and confidence.
• Ability to handle live broadcasts and breaking news situations.
• News sense and understanding of political, social, and regional issues.
• Basic knowledge of newsroom workflows, teleprompter reading, and script development.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,688.85 - ₹29,245.16 per month
