Job Description

MapleWave Production Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Customer Support
: Respond to customer support tickets and inquiries regarding
Maplewave software
.
Issue Resolution
: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system functionality, data integrity, and user access.
System Maintenance
: Perform system upgrades and patching to ensure users are on the latest version of Maplewave.
Performance Monitoring
: Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
User Training
: Provide user training and guidance on best practices for using Maplewave features.
Collaboration & Improvement
: Collaborate with development teams to report bugs and suggest improvements for the software.

Key Technical Requirements

Strong understanding of
Inventory process flow
and
POS systems
, specifically
MapleWave Transact
.
Proficiency in
UNIX and MySQL
.
Experience with
OpenShift cluster-based architecture
.
Skilled in
issue tracking
and driving resolution across multiple teams and vendors.
Extensive experience using
Remedy for issue management
.

Additional Requirements

Strong
communication skills
with proven
customer-facing experience
.
Willingness to
travel for short or long-term assignments
.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Typically seeking candidates with 5-8 years of support experience in the Telecom domain.
